Video Checklist

As the day of your wedding draws closer, I would like to enlist your help in producing your video. Please submit these materials before your wedding. Your video package includes a Photo Montage, photographs may be given either before, or after the wedding. The Photo Montage includes the following elements:

PHOTOGRAPHS: Choose up to 20 photos through the years. For Weddings, follow this suggestion –
5 to 7 of each of you growing up, then 5 to 7 of the 2 of you together. Another option is photos from when you met, to the present. Please write (using a ball point pen or post-it notes) your name & date of affair on the back of each picture, and number them in the order they should appear on the video.

VIDEO CLIPS: (optional): If you have a few video clips that you would like to include, it may be a good idea to make an appointment with me or just cue up the segments with very clear instructions.

MUSIC: On this page you will find a list of songs to select from, or you can provide your own on CD. Choose three songs, one for the intro, one for the recap, and one alternate choice.

Also, be sure to include an invitation, directions to your affair and a list of guests with table numbers, who will be given a chance to offer good wishes. Remember, please submit these materials one to four weeks before your affair.
These materials can be given after the affair, but that may delay final delivery.

Now is the time to review your contract and pick any extra services I offer.

Please consult your contract for your final payment. Kindly make all checks out to L.John Morelli. You may mail a check, or present it on the day of your wedding.

__ directions to all locations of your affair.

Please remember there's a $100 overtime fee, exceeding 10 hours.
$50 each additional hour. Overtime not to exceed $200. Thank you.
